Whichever stage of the journey you’re at, we’re experienced at working with women from pre-pregnancy, through their pregnancies, to post-natal and beyond.

  • “I was quite nervous about exercising after getting pregnant but Kirsty has been really supportive.

    We always chat first to see how I’m feeling and during the session she checks I’m comfortable doing each exercise.

    (The sessions) are really helping me to have more energy and if I am able to walk and work out abit in the morning my morning sickness is definitely less.
